**ABOUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER**

Our client is a bespoke luxury hotel that boasts career progression throughout various departments and other boutique properties. They are currently seeking a talented RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING MANAGER to join their successful HR Team directly reporting the Hotel Manager.

**THE ROLE**:

- Focus on implementing systems and processes that will aid in the growth, development and retention of staff
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Both proactively and reactively source talent for roles across the business
- Coordinate employee inductions and other training
- General recruitment tasks as needed

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels and functions
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, suggesting and improving processes as needed
- Good understanding of hotel operation
- Sound organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
