An opportunity has arisen for an emerging or proven people and culture professional to join the HR team and add value to the business with expert contemporary advice and support.

Reporting to the General Manager of HR, this role is a vital part of the P&C Team and is responsible for both strategic and operational HR advisory services in regard to recruitment, attraction, induction, performance management, professional development, training, workforce planning, industrial relations, culture, safety and wellbeing.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected South Australian entity which is making a genuine impact on its industry and our great State. It is envisaged that the role will be initially offered on a shorter fixed term contract with a strong chance of longer tenure and advancement.
