We’re looking for a visionary Recruitment Partner to help drive change, deliver best-practice recruitment strategies, and uplift hiring capability across the organisation through coaching, training, and strategic advice.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven ability to turn policy into practice in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Leading the design and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Forging networks to promote DCP as an employer of choice.
- Coaching and support hiring managers to embed contemporary and compliant recruitment practices.
- Identifying new opportunities to build DCP’s public profile and strengthen our employer brand.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance our eRecruitment systems and processes.

**To be successful**:
**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has experience in recruitment or HR within a large, complex organisation and/or holds relevant qualifications.
- Communicates clearly and confidently in both writing and in person.
- Enjoys managing small projects and finding practical solutions to day-to-day challenges.
- Brings energy, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Can manage competing deadlines with ease while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Leads by example and inspires others to adopt best practice.
- Is a visionary thinker who identifies emerging trends and turns them into practical solutions.
- Is curious, creative and driven to make a meaningful difference.
