**The Role**:
Due to rapid growth, Genus Infrastructure is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Belmont.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the BSO's role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the project team in achieving company and project goals. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of personnel.
- Booking pre-employment medicals, collecting licences, tickets and qualifications by site requirements.
- Updating and maintaining the training matrix to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Cross-checking time sheet submissions for blue-collar personnel using definitiv.
- Booking and managing flights and accommodation.
- Paid on-call weekend support where required during peak mobilisation periods.
- Assist with ADHOC duties as required.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Minimum 2+ years customer service or administration experience
- A flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn.
- Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
