**Job Description**:
As the Fleet & Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for driver/sub-contractor online training, co-ordination, and planning. Maintaining compliance related records and 100% compliance across all Toll Courier fleets as directed by the Fleet Manager. The role will also provide operational support to our Operations teams and major customer.Briefly state the overall purposes of the job, highlighting the functions or duties for which the position is responsible and why the position exists.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative, compliance orientated and tough minded and you will lead by example. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication and operational support skills along with your understanding of OH&S principles and a geographical understanding will hold you in high regard.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- All contractors are enrolled in online compliance training and complete courses allocated
- Manage weekly compliance reports reporting to State Management Team
- Manage daily contractor fatigue reports
- Conducting Annual contractor vehicle inspections
- Entering all relevant master data and creating new contractor profiles
- Liaising with Financial Reporting Team (revenue assurance/payables) where appropriate.
- Audit all subcontractor compliance records as set
- Reporting, monitoring fleets and assistance with leave coverage as needed
