**About the role**
TAFE NSW has a number of exciting Permanent Full-Time opportunity for motivated individuals with current experience in electrotechnology to join our team as an Education Support Officer located at our Belmont, Glendale and Newcastle Campuses.

Your role will be responsible for a range of tasks which directly and indirectly supports the learning process for students from various backgrounds and needs. You will be a part of a dynamic team, helping students to understand their learning materials and concepts whilst creating an innovative and exciting educational environment.

Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- NSW Qualified Supervisors Certificate - Electrical; or NSW Endorsed Electrical Contractors Licence
- Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the electrical trades industry
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to be proactive and show initiative and ability to explain ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to meet all the selection criteria as outlined in the position description.
