**Your new role awaits**:
As a Customer Support Officer based out of our Belmont branch, you’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying the full needs of our customers
- Liaising with the branch, transport, and fleet teams to coordinate equipment movements between Coates locations and customer sites
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
This is an entry-level position with Coates, so we’re not expecting you to have years of experience behind you. Whether you’re looking for your first job after high school, returning to the workforce, or making a career pivot, the key traits we want to see are:
- Customer Service Maybe you’ve been working in a local café or Bunnings, could be you’ve reached the heights of Woolies shelf packing and need a new mountain to climb.
- Enthusiasm to learn We have a huge range of equipment and work closely with Sales and Operations to provide solutions.
- Problem-solving Things don’t always go as planned, do you buckle under pressure, or do you step up and bring solutions?
- Helpful and friendly communication You’ll be the first point of contact with our customers and getting things right at the start makes all our jobs easier.
- The desire for a long-term career We’ll provide you with training and support to grow and this is where it all starts.
**What you’ll get in return**:
- Salary $60-67k (negotiable based on experience)
- Permanent Full-time contract
- Monday to Friday - approx. 38hrs/week
