**Role Overview**:
As the lead member of our administration team, you'll ensure efficient processes and decisions are followed, supporting high-quality care delivery. Your role is crucial in fostering independence, health and well-being for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supports team members to provide our clients with the information they require to make informed decisions about their care and services.
- Reviews and monitors client income and expense transactions to ensure HCP client statements are accurate.
- Completes end of month and other data checks and makes any required corrections prior to billing
- Checks client’s budgets prior to publishing.
- Supervises all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Manages and monitors external contracts and brokerage arrangements ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements
- Foster a supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and positive leadership.
- Leads, manages and supports the Administration team to deliver effective and efficient administrative systems and services.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Maintain data integrity and documentation standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
**Skills, Attributes, Experience, and Qualifications**:
- Essential:_
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience & knowledge.
- Three years’ minimum experience within an aged care or similar environment
- Proven experience in office administration and staff supervision.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in scheduling services across large teams.
- Excellent numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations
