**What You Will Be Doing**

The Administration Assistant works within the Safer Care Team to provide secretarial, administrative, and operations support to the Director of the Safer Care Unit and to the senior leadership team. This critical position enables effective communication across the Organisation to support Peninsula Care. The Administrative Assistant supports the efficient operation of all aspects of the Safer Care Unit by maintaining effective administrative and operational systems, while also enhancing the Director’s profile and promoting a positive image for the unit. This position is required 16 hours a week.

Position Description

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting (desirable)

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
