**What You Will Be Doing**
Peninsula Health Mental Health operates a number of services throughout the organisation. This position provides administrative support to the Community Mental Health Service located at various sites on the Mornington Peninsula.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
- As first point of contact for the Peninsula Health Mental Health service, present a professional image and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Process administrative tasks within agreed timeframes
- Demonstrate positive workplace behaviours and relationships at all times with internal and external stakeholder

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Intermediate to advanced ability to use MS office suite of programs
- Extensive administration experience and switchboard functions
- Ability to plan, organise and deliver on competing work demands
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment as well as independently
