**About Them**
This ASX-listed environmental organisation are inspiring people and industries to reuse, repurpose and recycle. They offer lasting services to their customers that make a positive impact to the world, and we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their young and dynamic team.

**About the Role**
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work with hiring leaders to attract and select the best talent that delivers key resources to their business, work with the P&C team to plan workforce needs, lead the end to end hiring process, whilst developing strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.

**About You**
To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience on a high-volume blue-collar desk, either inhouse or agency.
- Good understanding of employment law and industrial relations
- Strong influencing skills
- high level of written and verbal communication skills.

The role is based in the Eastern Creek area, and offers hybrid work. This is a permanent role paying up to $90,000 base + super.
