As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and champion our employer brand to attract world-class, diverse talent. You’ll anticipate hiring needs, adapt to business shifts, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be part of a trans-tasman team based in our Sydney CBD offices, where our hybrid work arrangements enable you to win at work and life.

**What you’ll do**:

- Coach & support leaders on hiring strategies
- Leverage data & market insights to drive smarter hiring decisions
- Create inclusive hiring & onboarding experiences
- Stay agile, adapting to changing priorities while planning for long-term success

**What we’re looking for**:

- A talent advisor with in-house recruitment experience
- A relationship builder who can engage, coach and influence
- A curious mindset and willingness to anticipate, learn and adapt
- Digital dexterity to use our tech stack effectively (while you focus on the high value aspects of the role)
