Join the New Horizons team as a Pathways & Development Manager to lead the collaboration and facilitate integration of the efforts across Pathways & Development, Rewards, Recognition & Engagement and Social Diversity and Inclusion functions to form connected teams of expertise to deliver against the strategic goals.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Manager/ generalist role (8+ years)
- Demonstrated high level skill and extensive experience in Hr initiative development, implementation evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
- Knowledge of NDIS services and programs is helpful (though not essential)
- You are punctual with a friendly nature and want to help make a positive impact on the lives of residents within the community
**The Day to Day**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development program that meets the needs of our employees and supports organizational growth.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing and delivering both online and in-person training programs. Use your creativity and innovation to ensure that all training initiatives are engaging and effective, resulting in high levels of employee participation and uptake.
- Develop and manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize learning technology to enhance training delivery and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analyze employee training metrics and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay current with trends in learning and development to ensure that our programs are up-to-date and relevant.
