We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Learning & Development Specialist** to join our Pathways and Development Team based at North Ryde, close to public transport, retail and entertainment centres. This role reports into the Employee and Experience Manager who is bubbly, fun, creative and has over 17 amazing years in Learning and Development.
We are looking for someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team with strong communication and systems skills. You will manage our LMS, co-ordinate L&D programmes, initiatives and resources, while ensuring our business needs are met though our employee learning and development programs. You will have your TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment with Articulate 360 experience, desirable. Strong customer focus, organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
You will have experience with:
- LMS, content creation systems, SCORM packages and associated tools such as Articulate 360
- Producing content for training and development programs with a strong understanding of adult learning principals
- Working closely with leading stakeholders to identify training needs whilst building strong relationships with internal and external teams
- Managing LMS and ability to anticipate end user experience
- Assessing the quality of training delivery
- Reporting and measuring the impact of L&D activities
- Planning, scheduling, delivering and reviewing training programs
We offer salary packaging up to $15,900.00 pa, monthly RDOs (yes please) and an entertainment allowance of $2,650.00. Secondments, higher duties, training and further education are all on offer at New Horizons.
