This international accounting firm specialises in a mix of both domestic, private family groups and international enterprises. They are a skilled and motivated Senior Administrator to join their team in Lower North Shore and oversee operations, drive efficiency, and cultivate a collaborative work environment. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Workflow management, working alongside the Partners and Managers – printing the lodgement lists and analysing, ensuring all work is up to date
  • Billings
  • Client onboarding, client engagement letters, client liaison and following up information
  • Managing the client database via CCH, plus adding tax returns to CCH
  • Debtor Management, minimal
  • IT troubleshooting
  • ASIC and Corporate Secretary work (for example, Form 201, 484, 384, 6010)
  • Sending out and following up on ASIC annual statements
  • ATO liaison - Application of AFN, TFN with the ATO
  • You will have 2 admin staff, one EA, who you will work with and be able to delegate work to
  • Setting up and updating client information on the database

Skills and personal attributes:

  • Must be proactive and great with problem-solving.
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with all the ins and outs of the ATO and Corporate Secretarial work (ASIC)
  • 5 + years of experience working in an accounting firm, in a similar role
