Our Nationally renowned Facility Management client is urgently seeking an experienced and Immediately available Project Administrator to join their team to help finish out a refurbishment project that has already begun on the Iconic Rottnest Island.

**Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday)**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Duration: 6 weeks**

**Travel: This role will be located on Rottnest Island WA**

**Pay rate: $45-50p/h + super
The Role:
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management Office team to deliver contractual obligations and ensure the safe delivery of services across multiple projects at any one time. The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational activities and executing deliverables in line with the standards set out in the customer contracts and as set by the PMO project management framework.
- Key Responsibilities_
- _Creating and sending quotes for Projects for RIA and private business requests_
- _Creating and sending quotes for Additional Services for RIA and private business requests_
- _Updating relevant project registers_
- _Creating and assigning work orders_
- _Fortnightly project reports_
- _Fortnightly/ monthly project meetings with relevant stakeholders_
- _Requesting quotes from external suppliers/ sub-contractors_
- _Raising DMRs for external suppliers/ sub-contractors_
- _Completion and issuing of Certificates of Completions_
- _Monthly WIP and Cost Accrual reports and meetings_
- _Principals of Equipment quoting_
- _Ferry and accommodation bookings for project works_
- _Administration duties for projects and additional services including scheduling, work order management, asset handovers and collation of certificates of completion._
- _Regular communication with stakeholders (internal and external) for projects and additional services_
- _Coordinate with various business units (electrical, Plumbing, building etc) and assign tasks for completion of additional services and projects_
- _Assisting with documentation required for Tenders and RFQs_
- _Attending site meetings with clients for new upcoming projects or additional service works as necessary._
- _Working on job budgets, expenditure and internal processe_
- Experience required _
- Previous experience in project coordination / site management customer services related roles within a fast, paced, multi-site company.
- Experience and knowledge of building / construction processes and timelines is essential
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service and communication.
- Well organised, self-starter, with a team orientation and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Highly literate with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
