Professional and Leading Care Services has positive relationships with other community organisations and in-depth knowledge of people with disability in multicultural background communities. We target people with disabilities in the Greater Sydney area who is looking for better-quality services. Also, we can provide more culturally and linguistically accommodating services for the NDIS participant.

Particularly we can provide more culturally and linguistically accommodating services for Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, and Cantonese-speaking participants.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **HR Functions**_
- Oversee various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- **Business Development Support**_
- Collaborate with the business development team to understand the Professional & Leading Care Services’ organisational goals and contribute HR insights and strategies.
- Identify potential business opportunities aligned with P&L’s HR services and solutions.
- Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials related to HR services, P&L’s mission, and vision.
- Participate in client meetings to present HR services and address their needs and requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications to maintain strong business connections with clients and participants.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to business development activities, sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Provide support to the P&L team by coordinating meetings, preparing promotional materials, and assisting in the expansion of our organisation.
- Help ensure smooth communication and coordination between different departments involved in the agreement process.
- Proposal Development: Support the P&L team in preparing proposals, presentations, and materials needed to promote our organisation.
- Monitoring and analysing the activities of competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities. This involves researching competitor products or services, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Stay Updated: Continuously stay updated on our industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that could impact the business. This involves attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, as well as keeping up with relevant publications and online resources.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of P&L’s disability care services. Seek feedback from clients, their families, and other participants to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance service delivery, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high standards of care.
- **Relationship Building**_
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, support workers, and participants.
- Collaborate with the P&L team to understand client requirements and customise HR solutions.
- Conduct client needs assessments and propose appropriate HR services and solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for client & support workers’ inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
- **Marketing Tasks**_
- Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes impacting HR practices.

Identify market gaps and opportunities for HR service enhancements or new offerings.
- Develop a marketing strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy that outlines P&L goals, target audience, messaging, and tactics. Consider both online and offline marketing channels that can effectively reach our target audience.
- Utilise search engine optimisation (SEO): Optimise our website's content to rank higher in search engine results. Use relevant keywords, create informative and engaging content, and build backlinks to increase your website's visibility.
- Leverage social media platforms: Collaborate in creating and maintaining P&L’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Share updates, success stories, and educational content, and engage with our audience.
