Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a young, energetic and motivated individual to join our dynamic team The position is a full-time role working as our _**Marketing Specialist.**_

Accountabilities:

- Upload social media and blog content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Contribute to driving Brand Momentum.
- Manage our ‘always on’ content calendar, working closely with the MD on production of content
- Help manage admin on all content production across the brand
- Assist with social insights and reporting.
- Assist the MD in the development of content through research and insights, proactively sourcing content opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of planning and content.
- Direct, shoot, edit and upload all content for our socials to improve brand awareness
- Be a social evangelist with our marketers and within the business.
- Manage budgets and expenses with MD
- Edit and upload content to our website
- Develop strategies for projects and lead execution of Function’s PCP marketing programs.
- Content creation for our emerging brands
- Develop and manage inbound and outbound campaigns across multiple channels.
- Leverage internal support to drive collaboration with the team.
- Create and maintain a strong development/sales pipeline that will create new business.
- Ensure your databases are up to speed and maintained.

**Required**:

- A strong knowledge of marketing and using social media.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Happy to help with sales component of the business
- Focused on achieving measurable, positive outcomes to meet organisational objectives.
- Customer-centric focus aligned to our brand and customer promises.
- Can work autonomously and productively in the office/home.
- Ability to travel to meet with prospective customers.

**Strongly encouraged**:

- At least 1-2 years’ proven experience in both marketing and digital with competency in designing creative digital content and collateral.
- Strong marketing reporting and analytics skills using a variety of digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Canvas, Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Experience in sales, business development role, with proven measurable results.
- Strong consultative approach to sales and exceptional closing experience.
- Experience with cold calling to get through to the right people.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
