Hseq Coordinator

**The HSEQ role will require you to**:

- Coordinate and champion HSEQ related activities and initiatives within manufacturing and promote general improvement
- Support, coach and influence key stakeholders and team members to drive performance improvements in safety, environment and quality
- Input HSEQ data into the Incident Management System, work with operations to identify controls and their implementation
- Conduct Hazard identification, risk reviews and drive controls
- Review, revise and evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvements
- Assist with random on-site drug and alcohol assessments
- Co-chair and support the running of the OHS Committee meetings
- Review training needs, and deliver training sessions as required
- Management of WorkCover claims and RTW processes to ensure effective management

**To be a success in this role, you**:

- Are dynamic, switched on and eager to contribute your skills to drive improvement
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in OHS. HSEQ ISO accreditation is a bonus
- Must have had success developing and implementing safety initiatives in a warehousing or like environment
- Have demonstrated experience in effectively coaching, leading and inspiring your team members to improve safety
- Have strong analytical and IT skills in MS Office
- ICAM investigation qualified (preferred)
