We are looking for an early-in-career People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a part-time or full-time permanent basis at North Strathfield. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an iconic Australian brand undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution.
You will be joining a collaborative and supportive, geographically dispersed team accountable for the full function HR technologies, policies, and processes. We balance our presence on site with flexible hybrid working from home.
In this role every day is different. You will have the opportunity to be involved in work that covers all aspects of the People & Culture operations cycle including
- Upgrading and implementing new technology and processes
- Optimising our partnership with our managed service provider
- Ensuring our data is of the highest quality to support reporting and operational activity
- Collaborating with colleagues to review and update our policies and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice
- Ensuring high quality customer service using our new case management system
**The ingredients to be successful**:
- 1-year minimum experience in an HR administrative role; may also suit a university student in their final year, with some HR experience.
- Detail orientated and an eye for accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Great relationship building skills
- Collaborative team player
- Some exposure to a HR information System and data management an advantage but not essential
