**The Role**
The Electromagnetic Warfare and Intelligence Systems - Land Systems Program Office (EWIS Land SPO) is responsible for the delivery of enhanced warfighting capability in order to defend Australia and her national interests. Within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) sits the EWIS Land SPO and we are responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of a range of technologies throughout the life-of-type. These technologies range from command and control systems, communication systems, tactical interoperability systems, and electromagnetic warfare systems. - Coordinate and perform quality assurance, governance, auditing (Internal/External) and corporate reporting activities.
- Provide guidance on the inclusion of quality assurance activities into contracts, review and improvement of business activities.
- Develop, implement and review quality assurance and governance procedures, practices and frameworks.
- Contribute to the strategic review of the Quality Management system in the areas of strategic and business planning, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
- Tailor communication style and language according to the audience’s level of knowledge, skill and experience.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with team members, management and stakeholders.
- Analyse and suggest improvements to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure appropriate performance against best practice.
- Design and implement solutions to issues affecting the achievement of desired outcomes.
