**The Role**
This recruitment seeks to fill multiple positions within the Sustainment Management Team in the Electronic Warfare and Intelligence Systems Land Systems Program Office (EWIS-L SPO). EWIS-L SPO manage a range of state of the capabilities that support our personnel in the field, comprising of the Counter-IED program including Force Protection Electronic Countermeasures, Tactical Electronic Warfare and Intelligence systems.

An APS 6 Logistics Officer may be a team coach or lead a team and be accountable to set work priorities and manage workflows. They are expected to be capable of building team capability through coaching, feedback and developing the quality of work undertaken by others within a work unit.

APS 6 staff within the Sustainment Team will be required to manage a wide range of logistics, Governance and commercial activities. These activities may include logistics management, planning, governance, procurement, financial management, strategic planning in as well as reporting and assurance activities to sustain key ADF capabilities.

The key outcome of these positions is to sustain the capability through its whole-of-life and ensure ongoing support of the capability. This includes facilitating a seamless transition from the acquisition phase of a project in to service and sustainment.

The roles will also provide specialist advice to ensure future acquisition projects are provided the requisite guidance and support during both the Project and transition phases. As such, this role will include a considerable level of stakeholder management with key internal CASG stakeholders, such as Materiel Procurement Branch and a variety of CASG project managers, as well as external stakeholder including other Groups, Services and Industry Partners.

**About our Team**
Electronic Warfare and Intelligence Systems (EWIS) Branch, in Joint Systems Division (JSD) acquires, sustains and integrates Electronic Warfare capabilities into a wide variety of air, land and sea based platforms and systems.

EWIS-L SPO is comprised of members of diverse skills and disciplines who work together to deliver capability to a number of customers including Army and other Government Agencies.

- A minimum security clearance of Negative Vetting 2 is required for this role.
