Sales Person

We are VIRID Vertical Gardens, a company with the mission to bring nature and health to residential and commercial spaces. We work with aluminium panels, fully automated irrigation systems and plants grown in our greenhouse using organic methods and certified organic probiotics to ensure a high-quality product free of chemical pesticides.
We are looking for a sales person who is a nature lover and passionate about vertical gardens or plants, construction background, wants to work in a sustainable environment, be creative, and understand customers needs. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote and sell our products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Ability to manage or learn to manage Aroflo CRM along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Basic mathematic skills.
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to create and deliver communications tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $117,381.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- South Melbourne, VIC 3205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
