Translationz is a language services company providing translation and interpreting services across Australia.
Our client relationships are essential to our continued rapid growth. We’re looking for a dedicated, ambitious and personable account manager to foster strong relationships with our clients’ accounts and serve as a main point of contact.
**Objectives of this Role**
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our services to best support our client requirements and needs.
- Support other Translationz team members.
**Daily and Weekly Responsibilities**
- Manage inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients.
- Work with the team allocating resources to assignments.
- Work with other internal team members to discuss progress and find new ways to develop solutions to meet customer needs and objectives
- Produce reports for clients
- Identify new and renew opportunities and communicate with management and client services team
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
- General Administration
**Skills and Qualifications**
- New graduate or professional up to three years’ experience in a similar role
- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role or related roles
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- An enjoyment and passion for managing client accounts and securing new clients.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and receiving positive customer feedback
- Positive attitude and strong desire to serve all stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work well with others and prioritise workload
- A bonus is to be fluent in a language other than English, but not required.
- Positive, friendly and enthusiastic person
- Self-motivated and results orientated
