We are looking for someone who has a 'can do' attitude, is a team player and be able to build rapport within the Firm as we pride ourselves on our culture.
The main focus of the role is to coordinate the reception function and ensure it operates efficiently and effectively. This role will provide you with variety in your day.
**Key responsibilities**
- Greeting all guests and making them feel welcome
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing meeting room bookings and servicing meeting rooms when meetings are taking place (i.e. coffee, lunch)
- Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy with sufficient stock of amenities and stationery in the meeting rooms
- Setting up the video conference facility
- Ordering catering for business lunches and events as required and ensuring the National Catering Policy and procedure are followed
- Booking couriers for collection
- Assisting with the coordination of internal and external events and;
- Reporting any facilities related issues to the appropriate vendor or building management.
**Essential skills and experience**
- Previous experience working in a corporate receptionist position (desirable not essential)
- A professional and polished presentation with clear and concise communication
- Exceptional client/customer service
- Ability to provide high level support and service to our internal stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A demonstrated ability to organise workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to assist with all other reasonable work related requests
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in and comfort with using technology
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
