Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**APS6 Branch Coordinator** where they can routinely move between branches in their region and at times across the service if required.

**About the role**:

- Manage daily branch operations
- Manage branch staff to deliver high quality, proactive customer services and lead by example
- Work collaboratively with Director and other Branch Coordinators to deliver a ‘One Library’ approach
- Contribute to the development and delivery of consistent policies, systems, services and new ways of working.
- Undertake and champion personal lifelong learning and build capability and performance of branch staff through:

- Share of knowledge and experience
- Provide timely and accurate feedback
- Facilitate mentoring and training
- Identify training needs.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Significant people management experience
- Well-developed organisational skills
- experience in managing multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to share knowledge and information in a timely and appropriate manner, particularly in a highly reactive and complex environment.
- Strong computer and digital skills and awareness,
