The Team Coordinator will assist the Renewables team with various data entry and reporting tasks, manage staff onboarding/offboarding, act as the main contact for key third-party service providers, and handle team and board meeting liaison. The position plays an important role in ensuring the company runs efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist Renewables Team with solar assets tasks
- Review data verification and reconciliation of invoices alongside reports
- Office admin manager
- Third-party service providers contact point
- Managing staff onboarding and offboarding
- Team and board meeting liaison
- Calculation and creation of monthly Large Scale Generation certificates
**About you**:
- Prior experience in a similar role - with data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - specifically excel
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a small, emerging company
- People and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for working collaboratively
