An exciting opportunity exists to join our People & Culture Services team as a Recruitment Coordinator.

At GJK we are on a mission growing and and improving our P&C services, while working hand in hand to support our fantastic operations teams.

**The Position**:
Based out of our Collingwood, VIC office, as our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating efficiently with all hiring managers across the business, providing end to end recruitment solutions.

**You’ll make an impact by**:
Carrying out reference checks and being part of the onboarding process.
Provide advice, support, and consult with leaders to assist with the recruitment process across all areas of the business.
Building and maintaining resourceful internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Support all recruitment activities such as drafting and publishing adverts, scheduling interview, conducting phone screenings, reference checks, etc.
Work closely with the hiring managers to support smooth induction bookings and preparations.

**Minimum Criteria**:
Experience providing support to a fast-paced team, ideally in a blue collar recruitment environment.
A good eye for detail and excellent customer focus.
Demonstrated communications skills, tailored for your audience.
Incredible organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, and work to tight and competing deadlines - you’ve got a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Tech savvy, able to use Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information appropriately.
Desire to take on more complex People & Culture duties.
