About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Coordinator / Creative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across content creation, social media, email marketing, and podcast production.

You will work directly with the founder to coordinate projects, manage schedules, and bring creative ideas to life. The role combines organisation and execution and suits someone who enjoys both creative work and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Account Coordination

  • Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Upload and publish stories through Meta Business Suite and similar tools
  • Support client account management with task tracking and content updates
  • Prepare EDMs including layout, copy input, testing, and scheduling
  • Edit and upload short-form social reels

Podcast Support

  • Assist with pre-production planning, scheduling, and guest coordination
  • Organise episode assets, show notes, and timelines
  • Maintain a publishing schedule across Spotify, YouTube, and social channels
  • Edit short-form clips for social media and upload full episodes to YouTube

Creative Support

  • Film and edit reels for campaigns and brand showcases
  • Help plan and execute small creative shoots
  • Support general admin and creative coordination tasks to keep projects moving

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
  • A good eye for design, tone, and detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while following creative direction
