**Using your skills and experience in human resources, you will**:

- coordinate the workflow of payroll related paperwork to and from our shared service agency
- provide advice and problem resolution to our internal stakeholders
- prepare reports, appointment letters, role descriptions, memorandums and other correspondence as required
- assist with maintaining QLeave's establishment and personnel/payroll records to ensure all staffing information is up-to-date
- actively participate as a panel member for recruitment and selection processes
- coordinate training and development including booking external training courses and arranging in-house events
- provide comprehensive and current advice to staff and management on human resource management delegations, legislation, policies and procedures
- provide support to the team in implementing People & Culture activities and projects as part of our Employee Value Proposition
