We are seeking a passionate and dedicated People & Culture DC Manager to oversee all HR-related functions within our high-volume Archerfield Distribution Centre. This role involves managing HR processes, policies, and initiatives to ensure compliance, employee engagement, and efficient workforce management. The HR Distribution Centre Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions within the distribution centre, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance and health & safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Recruitment and Staffing**:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies if applicable.
- ** Employee Relations**: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- ** Training and Development: Identify** training needs and coordinate training programs for employees. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory training requirements. Support employee development initiatives and career progression.
- ** Performance Management**: Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to supervisors. Assist in setting performance goals and monitoring progress. Implement performance improvement plans as needed
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation. Stay updated on HR trends and legal changes.
- ** Benefits and Compensation**: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries. Monitor and recommend compensation adjustments as needed.
- ** HR Reporting**: Generate HR-related reports and analytics for management. Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- ** Safety and Wellness**:Promote a safe work environment and support safety initiatives. Collaborate with relevant departments to address safety concerns.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or relevant experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and technology.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Leadership and management capabilities.
- Organisational and multitasking skills.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
