**Sommeliers - Botswana Butchery Melbourne**

We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant looking for a great team of sommeliers to join our group. We are looking for charismatic, energetic and friendly people who can manage wine sales, pass on you knowledge, and have fun while they are doing it

In this role, you will work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to ensure the integration of an engaging wine experience for our patrons. You will have previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant environment, be knowledgeable about your craft and passionate to deliver something truly memorable.

- Impeccable service standards and attention to detail;
- An ongoing dedication to expanding personal wine knowledge
- A passion for food, wine, service and the drive to elevate our patrons dining experience;
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Be able to work with the Venue Manager and Head Chef on pairing suggestions and recommendations
