About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Sommeliers to join our team. Deliver exceptional wine experience. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience as Sommelier
- Passion for the wine industry
- Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- WSET certification or similar is highly regarded
- Victorian RSA certificate
