Supply Chain Analyst and Coordinator

Our Supply Chain Analyst and Coordinator position is an integral link between our purchasing, warehousing, receiving, logistics, and shipping departments. Requirements for the role are sought to be met in the most efficient and cost-effective way in order to build and maintain strong internal relationships.

**Technical Skills**
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Experience using software to manage inventory
- Basic Inventory Management knowledge
- Microsoft Office Expertise
- Excellent analytical skills
- Forklift licence and/or experience essential
- Minimum Certificate IV in Business essential
**Core Responsibilities**
- Day to day communication and collaboration with Shipping, Operations, Despatch, Receiving and Logistics Teams
- Resolve request for order changes, issues and deal with complaints and inquiries internally and externally
- Manage stakeholder expectations and building strong relationships
- Collaborate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions and actively participate in demand planning meetings
- Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
- Inventory and stock management
- Liaise with Quality Control to validate conformity of materials to be shipped.
- Conduct systematic controls to ensure adherence to local and international transport and customs regulations as well as Company policies and procedures
- Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
- Create performance reports for management to review
- Assist with the mapping, storage and allocation of inventory
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to identify efficiencies, develop solutions, and implement commercial cost-effective recommendations
- Other suitable tasks on site as directed and required
