The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and our fleet of three trucks, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of inventory management, while promoting a safe and productive working environment for our staff. With your strong leadership and organizational skills, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success and the timely delivery of customer orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including on the-job training training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping and inventory control.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Manage stock in our onsite warehouse and one offsite warehouse facility and 3PL
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines to create a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree ( or relevant experience) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ideally knowledge of Business Central.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:
