We’re seeking a highly organised and people-focused Office Manager to oversee front-of-house operations through the direct management of a receptionist, while supporting the Human Resources team across coordination, Work Health & Safety (WHS), building and warehouse security, and internal events.

Office & Reception management
- Supervise and support the Receptionist to ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
- Monitor service standards and ensure a professional, welcoming experience for visitors and staff
- Oversee office and warehouse presentation, meeting room coordination, and general facilities management
- Manage vendor relationships and liaise with building management for maintenance and services
- Ensure office supplies, equipment, and communal areas are well maintained
- Oversee building access and follow the security protocols set by IT, including visitor sign-in procedures, access card management, and coordination with security personnel or building management

WHS Management
- Act as the primary contact for WHS matters within the office
- Maintain WHS registers, incident reports, and safety documentation
- Coordinate safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
- Support implementation of WHS policies and staff training
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the workplace

Event Management
- Plan and execute internal events including staff celebrations, town halls, and training days
- Coordinate logistics such as catering, venue setup, communications, and post-event feedback
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align events with company culture and values
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships

VIP Travel & Platform Implementation
- Manage travel arrangements for executives and VIP guests, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries
- Ensure a seamless and professional travel experience aligned with company standards
- Liaise with travel providers and internal stakeholders to accommodate preferences and schedules
- Prepare travel documentation and provide on-call support for urgent changes or issues
- Research, recommend, and lead the implementation of a company-wide travel management platform to streamline bookings, approvals, and reporting
- Develop internal processes and training materials to support adoption of the platform across teams

Fleet Management
- Oversee the management of the company’s vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking
- usage, motor passes, and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with company policies.

HR Coordination
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction scheduling
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and wellbeing programs
