As a** Team Leader** at Disability Services Australia (DSA) you will lead a small yet impactful team of Employment Consultants. Permanent full-time position. Based in Kingsgrove.

**Your new role**:

- Supervise and support a team of Employment Consultants and provide feedback and guidance to your team.
- Provide support to clients to enable them to gain and maintain employment.
- Ensure the team day to day operations are in line with company procedures and comply with NDIS standards.
- Ensure key tasks are completed in a timely manner. Such as wage assessments, programs of support, team training, decision on fees and service agreements and so on.
- Review processes and recommend areas for improvement.
- Maintain team motivation to achieve business outcomes - to help grow the business.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Proven experience managing and supporting a team.
- Experience in Disability Sector.
- Passion for the sector and can relate to our mission and values.
- Good knowledge of NDIS practice standards.

This role sits within our **Packaging Solutions** division. Packaging Solutions is an Australian Disability Enterprise providing meaningful direct employment for people with a disability and provides third party supply chain solutions for local, national and international businesses. We pack and label products for more than 70 business customers each year, which gives our employees the opportunity to work with some of Australia’s leading brands.
