Production Administrator

Our Packaging Solutions Team provides meaningful direct employment for people with a disability and provides third party supply chain solutions for leading local, national and international businesses.

We are seeking a Full Time Production Administrator in our Warehouse based in **Kingsgrove**.

**Some of your duties include**:

- Assist with basic finance tasks, including;
- Petty cash management (reconciliation, receipting etc) - Bill paying and banking as required.
- Assist Packaging Solutions Site Managers and Staff as a first point of reference regarding Pay Queries
- Place consumer orders with suppliers and prepare delivery advices
- Request pickups from customers and Maintain stationary stock for the site

**The Details**:

- Full time position based in Kingsgrove
- Monday - Friday
- 8am-4pm

**What do you need?**

Experience in a warehouse/packaging environment is desirable, but a willingness to learn and a happy disposition are essential
- NSW Drivers License.
- Ability to provide good customer service, meet time frames and prioritise.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work alongside people with a disability.
- Good attention to detail to check stock levels and sign off deliveries.
- Current COVID vaccination.
