Working hand in glove with our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Leader, we’re looking for a versatile Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Partner to support and embed a wide range of Group and Divisional DIB and employee experience programs and initiatives.

We’re a small team but we have a big impact This role serves as a vital link between People & Culture, business and employee-driven programs of work.

This role is available on a 0.8 FTE basis, with flexible hours arrangements available.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Supporting the design and management, implementation and evaluation of our multi-year Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategic Plan. As well as helping to reimagine the positive impact that DIB can have on our people, customers and communities.
- Support and oversee the work of our Employee Network Groups including Allianz NEO (Gender Equity), Allianz Pride (LGBTQA+ Inclusion), Allianz Beyond (Disability and Accessibility), Allianz One (Cultural Respect) and Carers Connection (supporting those with caring responsibilities).
- Managing annual compliance requirements, reporting and internal stakeholder involvement,
- Managing the DIB communication plan and ensures our people are aware and engaged in with key calendar events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with our colleagues across People & Culture and the business on initiatives aligned with maximising the employee experience, attracting and retaining great people from diverse backgrounds and ensuring our development programs are fair and equitable.
- Work closely with the Talent team to manage the implementation of strategies leading to Allianz meeting its gender equity and cultural diversity targets as outlined in the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategic Plan.

**About you**:

- Diversity and Inclusion experience within a large, matrix organisation with experience implementing effective practices and delivering projects to improve business and employee outcomes.
- Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights and share with stakeholders to inform better decision making.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and commercial mindset to align priorities with the organisation’s diversity, inclusion and belonging goals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively and inclusively collaborate across projects, divisions, and organisational levels, showing resilience in the face of adversity and challenges.
