**Associate Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB), Strategic Coordination**

**Role impact & contribution**

As an **Associate Director**, you’ll lead the development of Treasury’s updated Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) strategy. Some of the responsibilities include:

- leading the development, including drafting and finalisation, of Treasury’s updated DIB Strategy in line with best practice, with support from the DIB Executive Sponsor (Deputy Secretary) and Co-Chairs.
- conducting analysis of Treasury’s existing Action Plans, to identify common themes, shared priorities and key opportunities for intersectionality to be incorporated into the Strategy.
- conducting data analysis on Treasury’s People Matters Engagement Survey (PMES), and Diversity Council of Australia’s Inclusive Employer Index survey results to ensure that the Strategy is data-driven and supported by robust insights.

You will be joining our **Financial Management and Services **Group and will be working within the **Treasury Finance and Services **Division. Read more about your future Group and Division.

**What you can bring to the role**

- Experience in the diversity, inclusion and belonging design, development, delivery and evaluation of diverse workplace strategies and programs.
- Demonstrated high level skills and extensive experience in project and/or program management and evaluation.
- Highly developed organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, leadership, computer, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
