We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and hands-on Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator to join our People & Performance team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based in Sydney.

Reporting to the Gender Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Senior Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of impactful GE and D&I initiatives across the firm. You'll play a key role in coordinating events, managing data and resources, and supporting communications and reporting. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives on getting things done and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Keep operations moving – Provide day-to-day admin support across Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Gender Equality (GE) initiatives
  • Bring events to life – Coordinate logistics, confirm bookings, and manage catering for a wide range of internal and external events
  • Curate impactful experiences – Research and source speakers for webinars and events that upskill our people and foster meaningful engagement aligned with our strategic priorities.
  • Own the D&I and GE calendars – Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are ready for D&I and GE committees and working groups
  • Drive communications – Draft newsletters, event invitations, and updates, and collaborate with design teams to create engaging digital assets
  • Manage data with precision – Maintain accurate records to support internal reporting and external submissions
  • Collaborate widely – Liaise with internal networks and external partners to align on shared initiatives and event planning
  • Keep resources flowing – Manage supplies and materials for campaigns, ensuring timely distribution across offices
  • Support leadership – Assist the Senior Manager with cross-office coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Track progress – Monitor timelines and keep multiple initiatives aligned and on schedule

Required skills and experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles is desirable
