As a seasoned professional in Integrity and or Compliance, you will cultivate robust relationships throughout the organisation, fortify compliance and integrity processes, and elevate adherence to our Integrity and Compliance frameworks.

Your role involves collaborative partnerships with the business, comprehending their needs, pinpointing, and rectifying any gaps, and facilitating well-informed and meaningful decision-making processes.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven background in a regulatory-focused domain (compliance, audit, risk management, insurance, or operations).
- Demonstrated expertise in integrity and or compliance services, encompassing a thorough understanding of state/national privacy principles.
- Track record of overseeing projects, driving process improvements, managing systems, and formulating policies.
- Extensive experience in business partnering, providing guidance, challenging perspectives, and safeguarding business interests through advisory services.
- Proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders to pinpoint and communicate integrity initiatives effectively.
- Adept at analysing business data to identify trends, potential issues, and risks.
- Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities.
