We’re looking for a driven Integrity Partner to join our Integrity team.
Reporting to the Head of Integrity, you’ll be responsible for advising and supporting on all Integrity Unit related matters and supporting the implementation and delivery of the Integrity Unit's strategic and operational plan.

About the role
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting with drafting and/or collating of information for reports on integrity matters to the Cricket Australia (CA) Board (and other Australian Cricket stakeholder groups) or other parties as required
- Assisting with management of stakeholder relationships including with SIA, Toxlogic, Anti-Doping Medical Advisor, CA’s Code of Conduct Commissioners, Commission Counsel, and working with the Integrity Partner, Analyst to manage relationships with government agencies, betting agencies and external monitoring agencies
- Assisting with the due diligence, negotiation, drafting and renewal of CA’s Product Fee and Integrity Agreements (PFIAs), ensuring that all betting agency contracts are current, agencies are licensed to carry out operations in Australia at all times, and ensuring product fee payments are submitted on time and correctly calculated
- Assisting with audit of betting operator returns and betting audits
- Assisting the Integrity Partner, Analyst in managing CA’s anti-doping strategy and test distribution plan under the CA Anti-Doping Code and hair testing arrangements under the CA Illicit Substances Rules
- Assisting with the CA whereabouts system to ensure the effective and timely provision of accurate team squad information to CA’s testing agencies and ICC
- Supporting the CA Sports Science Sports Medicine (SSSM) Manager to maintain and enforce the Australian Cricket SSSM Principles
- Assisting and supporting investigations, including evidence summaries and investigation plans, as required
- Providing advice, support and drafting on all integrity related matters, codes, policies, procedures
- Assisting with enforcement of codes as required
- Developing and implementing appropriate standards of competition assurance that are maintained by overseeing contracting rules and processes across Australian Cricket
- Facilitating ongoing monitoring of player payments system through regular player payment audits
- Supporting Education Lead with the preparation of regular education sessions to key stakeholders across Australian Cricket on code/policy processes and expectations
- Researching on integrity related matters
- Maintaining the Integrity page on the CA website and intranet
- Assisting with the preparation of CA Board, State CEO/Chairs, W/BBL General Managers reports as required
About you
**You’ll have**:
- Admission to practice as an Australian lawyer or equivalent experience in sports integrity management
- Appropriate tertiary qualification and/or experience in the management of integrity operations
- Policy writing skills
- Knowledge and understanding of sports integrity, governance principles, corruption and risk management in sporting events and with elite sporting teams
- A proven capacity for successful negotiation, change management and stakeholder consultation
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulation relating to the provision of anti-corruption and risk management services
- An ability to analyse complex issues and problems, evaluate options and recommend / implement appropriate solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- An ability to build effective relationships across Australian cricket
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Proven systems/database management skills
- Experience in managing compliance regimes and governance controls
- Strong stakeholder (internal and external) management, influencing and partnership building capability
- Motivated self-starter able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
The following skills and experience are not essential, but will be highly regarded:
- 2+ years PQE as an Australian qualified legal practitioner
- Management of integrity operations in a complex environment and across a local, national and international environment
- Investigation experience
- Experience working within a sporting integrity unit
- Proven understanding of elite sporting administration
