**The heart of the role**:
A Business Integration Lead plays a strategic and operational role in supporting and optimising the delivery of Health and Wellbeing programs and services within our key operational functions, ensuring smooth transitions when the organization undergoes major changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, or new business launches. This role is critical in aligning people, processes, and technology across departments to meet organizational goals.

Acting as the central point of coordination between various stakeholders, business units, IT, operations, compliance, and external partners to integrate business capabilities while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness, leading change activities for all key business initiatives in Bupa Wellness team including new products and changed processes. Identifying and delivering improvements to processes and ways of working, prioritising customer satisfaction, standardisation, efficiency, and clarity.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Establishing and ongoing implementation of efficient & customer-centric operational practices. These operational practices ensure consistent outcomes for customers and suppliers, while driving clarity, autonomy and efficiency internally
- Supporting the establishment and documentation of new processes and business rules associated with key initiatives
- Delivering change management activities associated with key initiatives including communications, team training, end user documentation, and change management plans
- Training and coaching team members on process changes, and identifying and closing gaps in training/team knowledge to ensure effective delivery of Bupa Wellness services
- Ongoing creation, addition and maintenance of business rules and process documentation in central knowledge management and process repositories
- Facilitating the successful integration of strategic initiatives, business programs, projects, data processes and other BAU initiatives that impact Bupa Wellness’s customers, people, processes and systems

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a Business/relevant discipline or relevant experience
- Proven ability to navigate complex operational environments with strong awareness of technological advancements and market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in turning data into actionable strategies
- Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills, conveying complex information clearly and effectively
- Experience and/or knowledge of business process management and /or QA Framework design and implementation
- Skilled in leading organizational transitions and aligning stakeholders during healthcare transformations
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive outcomes, and operate with mínimal supervision, able to operate with confidence, accountability, and strategic independence
