We are searching for a new Business Partner Compliance to join us as part of our growing Enterprise Risk team. Your key purpose will be to support the implementation of Equity Trustees enterprise-wide Compliance Management Framework. You will ensure a robust system and approach to monitoring of compliance obligations and controls is developed and maintained.

You will focus on being the Business Partner and trusted 2nd line adviser for the Superannuation Trustee Services (STS) business unit.
- Conflicts Management Framework (including related actions and monitoring).
- Personal Trading Policy (including related actions, reporting and monitoring).
- Modern Slavery Policy (including related actions, reporting and monitoring).
- Design & Distribution Framework (including related actions, reporting and monitoring).

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Demonstrated experience as Risk/Compliance Manager
- Expertise in Financial Services, with particular focus on Superannuation industry
- Understanding of Corps Act and SIS Act obligations and how they relate to the business' the EQT Group operate
- Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory environment EQT Group operates in
- Knowledge of automated compliance systems
