The People & Culture Business Partner role exists to support People Leaders to manage their people priorities, including initiatives aligned to the employee life cycle that ultimately drive higher levels of employee engagement and enable the delivery of strategic business objectives.
This person will be working in their Call Centre / Telehealth portfolio which is undergoing a lot of transitioning out of partnerships they hold with Health lines and contracts so they would need to be confident in manage this. This person would need to be someone that could stand up new business lines and confident in dealing with people matters and being able to support leaders. They would require a really strong internal communications skill set and a solid operational understanding.
Ideally if this person had a background in working in call centre health environment or health services background that would be great. This contractor would also be across cultural activities and changing comms.
As a trusted advisor, the role partners with leaders to coach, support and challenge on various people and culture related matters (including case management). The role is also responsible for driving and implementing commercial and customer centred strategies to deliver practical and integrated people solutions that ultimately improve the customer experience.
Experience Required
- Well developed experience at a HR Business Partner level
- Experience in coaching senior stakeholders on people related issues and leadership development
- Commercial and curious mindset
- Motivated by delivering employee and customer value
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all regulatory legislative; internal policies and procedures associated with the activities of their position.
- Supporting the business with managing compliance obligations in accordance with the PHI compliance framework and operating procedures.
- Responsible for identifying changes to their business area and communicating these to management and compliance.
