**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide a welcoming and professional front-desk experience for clients and practitioners
- Manage patient bookings, enquiries, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Process payments via HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, Eftpos, Work Cover etc.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Cash handling and daily banking in line with clinic protocols

**With progression, your responsibilities may grow to include**:

- Supervising admin staff and overseeing front desk operations
- Coordinating office procedures, systems, and correspondence
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and HR compliance
- Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes
- Managing stock and product inventory
- Supporting broader business and management initiatives

**Position Details**:

- **Casual role** | Approx. 20-25+ hours per week
- **Part-time or full-time** may be considered for the right applicant
- **Flexibility across Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm** is highly desirable
- Occasional Saturday mornings and leave cover required (with notice)
- **Must have** a valid driver’s licence, own transport, and a current Police Clearance

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and care to every aspect of the role.

You will have:

- A minimum of 12 months' experience in medical, allied health, or similar administrative roles
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong availability to assist with weekday shifts and staff leave coverage
- Excellent customer service skills with empathy, kindness, and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and medical software
- High-level organisation and multitasking skills
- A proactive mindset and effective time management
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when needed
- A growth-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to team success
