**About the Role**:
This **full-time** position offers a **Monday to Friday** schedule, with shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM. For the first five weeks, you’ll attend a comprehensive training program at our Hampstead Gardens training centre, where you’ll gain all the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

As a reliever, you’ll travel to different clinics within your region, including **City West, Ashford, Glenelg, Western Hospital and Woodville.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
- Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
- Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
- Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
- Finalise billing and other essential support tasks

**About You**:

- You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you
- A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
- Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)
- Customer service experience is a must

**Training Requirement**:
You must be available to attend training at our Hampstead Gardens centre for the first five weeks of your role.
