Our client is a respected psychology practice based in Glenelg, providing evidence-based support to patients across all ages and backgrounds. Their multidisciplinary team delivers high-quality, compassionate care in a warm and welcoming setting.

As the first point of contact for patients, you'll manage front-of-house reception and daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and a positive experience for every visitor. You'll handle sensitive patient enquiries, often from individuals in distress, with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.

You'll also play a key role in maintaining full appointment schedules, proactively filling cancellations and ensuring clinicians' diaries are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Coordinate and optimise clinician schedules, filling cancellations quickly
  • Process bookings, billing, and payments accurately
  • Liaise with 20+ clinicians to support smooth daily operations
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and care
  • Maintain a calm and organised reception environment
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficient clinic systems

Key Skills

  • Previous medical or allied health reception experience highly regarded
