**Position description**
A Temporary to Permanent opportunity for a caring and professional Asset Officer. If you have previous experience in procurement or finance this could be a great opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Make sure stationery and low value assets are procured
- Providing assistance with preparation of Purchase Orders for IT
- Preparing invoices for payment by Finance
- Providing support for Asset returns following up staff to ensure items are dispatched, received and appropriate records maintained
- Coordinate with users for relevant Asset disposals including logistics
- Update of cost centers and responding to user issues related to IT Assets & billing
- Review and following up on questions around billing and ad hoc issues with orders, assets or vendors
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Finance/Procurement/Asset registration.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Sound data entry and administrative experience.
- Strong problems solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Great communication skills
